Thousands of people fall victim to identity fraud every year.

Now Gloria Hunniford, one of the presenters of Rip Off Britain, a TV show that advises on how to avoid being scammed, has herself been ripped off to the tune of 拢120,000.

She told Eddie Mair that she felt the bank did not perform sufficient checks "to keep her money safe".
