Why do women earn 18% less than men?
A major study into the gender pay gap has revealed that although the difference between hourly pay rates for men and women has narrowed, women still earn almost 20% less than men. Rob Joyce is from the Institute for Fiscal Studies and explains the reasons behind these study results.
