When Rami Adham embarked on his first aid delivery to Aleppo, he crossed the border into Syria laden with food and medicine 鈥� plus 25 teddy bears and 36 Barbie dolls. The man who takes toys to the children of Aleppo describes the pure joy and incredible pain of helping his country's besieged children.
