What is the point of UKIP now the UK has voted to leave the EU? Chris Mason reports from Broadstairs in Kent, where UKIP run the local council.

Professor Matthew Goodwin, who has written extensively about the party, warns that in a "post Nigel Farage era", UKIP will "really struggle" to improve on their success over the last few years.
