The day I left my 400-year-old violin on a train
British soloist Jane Gordon adores her Maggini violin built in 1630, but in a moment of forgetfulness she lost it while travelling on a train to Waterloo station in central London. She describes how she got the instrument worth tens of thousands of dollars back.
