Should there be a security review at Notting Hill Carnival?
The Metropolitan Police Federation, which represents most police officers in London, has called for a review of the Notting Hill Carnival after more than 40 officers were injured. Ken Marsh is the chair of the Federation and Lewis Benn is the trustee director of the Notting Hill Carnival Trust.
Ken Marsh asked Lewis Benn why large groups of young men with the intention of causing trouble were allowed to attend. Mr Benn said he did not want those groups of "posturing young youths" to cause trouble but said ticketing was not the answer.
