The British Medical Association has announced a week of strikes in England, after its members voted to reject the new junior doctors' contract.

Nick Hulme, the chief executive of Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust and Ipswich Hospital, explained what contingency plans his hospitals would be putting in place.
