Former Director of Children's Services at Haringey, Sharon Shoesmith, talks to Victoria about the reasons for writing her book, Learning From Baby P.
Peter Connelly, who was 17 months old, was found dead in his cot in the North London borough of Haringey in 2007.
The case sparked outrage, leading to Sharon Shoesmith being sacked.
