Women: how to secure that pay rise
It's often said that women don't get pay rises because they're more timid than men when it comes to asking for one. A new study suggests that's simply not true. Research from the Cass Business School in London looked at more than 4,500 workers in Australia.
Women are as likely as men to ask for a pay rise, but are less likely to get one, the research found. Why?
