Do you want to be a drone racer?

Drone racing is becoming a worldwide and Sky have now bought the broadcasting rights to the sport.

Nigel Tomlinson is the president of the European Rotor Sports Association - an organisation which promotes, and develops drone sports across Europe. He said: 鈥淚t鈥檚 big all around the world 鈥 as soon as people do it, they are addicted to it.鈥

The Drone Racing League features pilots flying custom drones through complex three-dimensional racecourses. They wear headsets which send them a live stream from the camera aboard the drone, allowing them to see the course in real time.

At speeds of up to 120mph, it can be a little nauseating for some newcomers: 鈥淲hen you first do it, it can be a bit disorientating 鈥 it鈥檚 a matter of your brain getting used to it,鈥 added Nigel.
