People in Aleppo 'don't want aid'
"They will not trade the freedom to move for a package of rice, noodles and cooking oil", says American journalist, Bilal Abdul Kareem, who is observing the ceasefire in rebel-held Aleppo, which was brokered by Russia and the US and started on Monday.
