Should I get a vasectomy?
With the surgical procedure having at least a 99% success rate, plenty of men are opting for a vasectomy. The permanent form of contraception involves the cutting of the epididymis (the tube that carries sperm) whilst under local anaesthetic and the procedure only requires a day visit to hospital.
GP and regular guest on the show Dr Sarah Jarvis advises that once recovered you shouldn't feel any physical changes in your body, however caller Ben argues that since his vasectomy he has felt a difference during sex.
