Red Cross: 'dark day' for aid agencies in Syria
The International Committee of the Red Cross describes an attack on an aid convoy near Aleppo which killed as many as 20 people as a 'breach of humanitarian law.' Its spokesman, Matthew Morris, said he was shocked by the incident.
