'Civilians are dying everywhere. Why, why?'
Four nurses and ambulance drivers have been killed in a night-time air strike on a medical facility in northern Syria. Dr Zaydoun al-Zoubi of the France-based Union of Syrian Medical Relief Organisations told Dan Damon that Russia and the US have to do more to bring an end to the Syrian civil war.
