The mother of 15-year-old Chris Brennan says the circumstances of his death whilst being treated in hospital for mental health problems were "disgusting".

But she hopes the result of the coroner's inquest will stop it "happening to anyone else".

The teenager died six weeks after he had been admitted to Bethlem Royal Hospital. The coroner ruled that neglect contributed to his death.

Speaking to PM presenter Eddie Mair, Chris' mother Kelly said she hadn't been listened to when she was voicing concerns. She and Chris' sister Natalie spoke about what kind of person he had been.
