Lord Sugar: Bake Off's Mary Berry did 'right thing'
Lord Alan Sugar has said Mary Berry did the "right thing" by quitting The Great British Bake Off when it moves to Channel 4 next year, whilst Paul Hollywood will continue as a judge.
Speaking to 5 live's Nihal Arthanayake, Lord Sugar said:
"I'm sure she wants to see the programme be ok, but deep down I should imagine that she wouldn't be too disappointed if it bombed".
And on Love Productions, the company behind The Great British Bake-Off he added: "If I were the Controller of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, if I was a Commissioner at the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, I wouldn't be too happy entertaining them again in the future with any of their other formats".
