Colombia's President on ending 52 years of war
President Santos hails the historic signing of the peace deal with the armed rebel group FARC, which has waged war in Colombia for over half a century. He also warns of the consequences of failure: "We will go back six years and continue the war with the FARC. That's Plan B."
