Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are to meet at the US Presidential debate and eyes are on how they should be refereed.

With neither candidate scoring highly on honesty there is pressure that well-known television presenter Lester Holt must be more than a moderator.

Frank Fahrenkopf, founder of the Commission on Presidential Debates, told Eddie Mair that it is "a tough job" but it is up to the candidates to correct their opponent.
