Presenter Clare Balding has said she has "no interest" in presenting the Great British Bake Off when the programme moves to Channel 4.

Balding described the rumours as "completely made up" and thought it would be "unlikely" that she would be asked. When asked what she would like to work on next, she said: "I want to do programmes where there is some sort of intellectual process as well as pure enjoyment."
