Nose jobs, breast implants, eyelid surgery - 51,000 Brits went under the knife last year. And many of them were Asian and black people wanting to look less minority ethnic and more European. 32 year old Sharan Dhaliwal from Hounslow had surgery on her nose ten years ago. Now she thinks that by changing her nose, she was dismissing her Indian culture. Our reporter Bela Shah went to speak with her.
