Supermarkets are using fresh bread as a marketing tool
Supermarkets are baking more bread in-store than they can sell according to three big food waste charities. Winifred Robinson hears from The Real Junk Food Project who say they are struggling to redistribute tonnes of waste bread, which is being baked to be 'seen and smelt' as marketing material. How much goes unsold and what happens to it?
