North Korea floods: Red Cross appeals for aid
It is a humanitarian crisis you may not have heard much about: in August, North Korea suffered severe flooding that killed hundreds and left tens of thousands homeless. Now that winter is looming, the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement has made an urgent appeal for humanitarian aid. Patrick Fuller is its spokesman in the Asia Pacific region. Dan Damon asked him how bad the situation was.
