UKIP MEP Steven Woolfe has said that although he considered joining the Conservative party since the election of Theresa May, "it would go against all the reasons why I came in to politics".

Talking to 蜜芽传媒 Radio 4's PM programme he said he wanted to represent people like himself from the northern estates who "need to have a voice against the elite".
