Who is the new UN Secretary-General?
Portugal's former Prime Minister Antonio Guterres is almost certain to become the next UN Secretary General after he secured the backing of the Security Council. Mr Guterres has also worked as the head of the UN refugee agency. Carne Ross, a former diplomat with the UK mission to the UN, says Mr Guterres is the right choice.
