Pakistan and India clash over Kashmir
Pakistan and India are have accused each other of firing across their de-facto border in Kashmir. India says Pakistan is arming and training insurgents fighting for Kashmir's independence from India or its merger with Pakistan. Pakistan says India's stance is a "blatant attempt" to deflect attention from human rights abuses in the region.
