Accusations and a possible refusal: the third US presidential debate
Donald Trump has refused to commit to accepting the US presidential election result if he loses, during a final ferocious debate with his rival, Hillary Clinton. She accused him of denigrating American democracy and being a puppet of President Putin. He blamed her campaign for inciting violence at his rallies. Laura Bicker looks at how the debate unfolded.
