Mourinho is a 'hands on' manager - Schwarzer
Former Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer responds to allegations that suggest Jose Mourinho is a "distant figure" at the Manchester United training ground and that he has adopted a "hands off" approach.
Schwarzer was signed by Mourinho at Chelsea in 2013 and the goalkeeper admits he is very "surprised" to hear such claims about his former manager. He said: "Mourinho never missed a training session, he was always heavily involved and ran them all. He was very much 'hands on' all of the time."
The former Chelsea manager is under pressure after poor recent form at current club Manchester United and Schwarzer reveals the losses will badly affect Mourinho. He said: "He is a very emotional man who wears his heart on his sleeve and takes everything to heart."
