Could the 'arbitrary detention' of refugees drive a protest movement?
At the Debaga refugee camp in Iraqi Kurdistan, Paul Moss hears from women whose husbands have been detained by the Iraqi authorities. The authorities are concerned that the men could be so-called Islamic State sympathisers. However, Belkis Wille from Human Rights Watch voices cautions that anger at this type of detention played a role in the original formation of Islamic State.
