It's almost impossible to imagine the experience of Albert Woodfox. One of the 'Angola Three', he was a member of the Black Panthers and was placed in solitary confinement following the murder of a prison officer in 1972; a crime he says he did not commit. He was only released in February this year. He spoke to James Menendez about adjusting to a world he has not been a part of for over four decades.
