Ken Clarke: Theresa is the 'difficult' PM we need
Ken Clarke, former Conservative chancellor and pro-European, says we don't need another referendum on Brexit. But he thinks that there is such a wide range of opinions in the Cabinet office, prime minister Theresa May will have to be a "bloody difficult woman" to make sure they agree on a policy. "She's got some difficult colleagues," he says.
The High Court has ruled that the Government cannot trigger Britain's exit from the EU without a vote in Parliament.
