    The lost constitution of Kyrgyzstan
Have you ever misplaced an important document? Your driving licence perhaps, or birth certificate? Then how about your country's constitution? When the Kyrgyz government recently sought to amend the constitution, they were surprised to find that they had lost the original, leading to a lot of online mockery. Here's Venera Koichieva of ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Kyrgyz.
