England's Rochelle Clark is given a message by Jason Leonard after she was named on the bench for Wednesday's international against France.

The 35-year-old forward could equal Leonard as the most-capped England rugby international.

She currently has 113 caps, one behind Leonard, who retired in 2004.

Clark said: "Jason [Leonard] has been a stalwart of the team and that is something I aspire to. I've looked up to him for a long time."

Leonard recorded a message for Clark ahead of England's game against France.

He said: "She's an inspiration for everybody in rugby, not just women and girls coming through but everybody.

"She's a real credit to her family, friends and the game. She's fantastic."

Clark made her debut in 2003 and was awarded an MBE for services to rugby in 2015.
