Why it's bad to be a 'rooster' in Mexico

Corruption is so common in Mexico that an entire slang has evolved around it - enough to fill a dictionary, in fact. Accordingly, a group of anti-graft activists has published a one: a 'corrupcionario'. Their president Alejandro Legoretta took James Menendez through some of the terms, starting with the word 'chapulin', or grasshopper.
