Hyperloop One are conducting feasibility tests in the desert to see if they will be able to make their futuristic transport concept a reality. The company hopes to propel passengers through depressurised metal tubes, using magnetic levitation at speeds up to 700mph. Josh Geigel is a co-founder of the company, he told Julian Marshall about how the technology works.
