John Collins explains where Scottish clubs are going wrong with their development of young players.
The former Scotland and Celtic midfielder says the mindset needs to change when working with young players because too much emphasis is placed on winning.
Collins, who used to be in charge of Scotland's Under-19 team, believes academies need to adopt a more "street football" approach to their coaching in order to develop more "technically gifted" players.
