Northern Ireland fan Steven believes every England team, from youth to the first team, need to play with one system for the national side to be successful in the future.

Speaking to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ 606, he said: "Going forward in the long term, I watched the England Under 21's play on Thursday night and they didn't play that formation.

"I think if England are going to be successful in an international tournament, all the players that are coming through your system must be playing the same system.

"From Youth football, right through to the first team. I think that's where England need to put their time and effort into the youth, and get them playing the same system, so when they come to the first team they're ready to go in there and they know what's going to be happening." he added.
