What will North Korea make of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½?
Misha Glenny worked as a journalist in Eastern Europe during the Cold War. He believes that by listening to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, people in communist dictatorships were able to challenge the version of history being offered by their leaders.
Now, as the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ World Service announces an expansion of its services into North Korea and Russia, Glenny says it is an opportunity to offer objective information.
