
TEASER: GCHQ - Minority Report
The government's communications intelligence agency, GCHQ, says it's on a drive to hire more black and ethnic minorities to help tackle some of the biggest threats faced by the UK. Its job it is to protect the country from terrorism, fraudsters and cyber criminals. Less than 3% of its employees are currently from BME backgrounds, an issue GCHQ says it wants to address.
