Votes in key US states like Wisconsin should be recounted because the voting system is unreliable, says Dr Jill Stein, who ran as the Green Party's candidate in the 2016 presidential election.

She tells 蜜芽传媒 Radio 4's PM programme "the US has an extremely insecure voting system" so it is "a natural thing" to count every vote.

Even though this could benefit losing Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, Dr Stein says so far her campaign has not supported a recount.
