Dying mum leaves wish list for two young sons
Kate Greene was 37 when she died from breast cancer, but she left behind a list of things she wanted her husband and two sons Reef, 12, and Finn, 10, to fulfil. They included things like giving their sons two kisses at night, making sure they learn instruments and not to go on as many school activities as possible.
The poignant story has now been adapted into a film, called Mum’s List, based on a book written by Kate's husband Singe Greene.
Singe believes the list is a way for her personality to live on.
“It was stuff that we were going to do as a couple,” he told 5 live Drive.
“Although she had a very short life, we certainly lived it to the full.”
