Craving some Koobideh from Iran? Arepas from Venezuela? Check out Conflict Kitchen. That’s a restaurant in Pennsylvania where a rotating menu features food from countries in “conflict” with the United States. The owners hope to expand locals’ tastes buds and their view of the world.
