How Fidel Castro helped transform Mozambique
Former president of Mozambique Joaquim Chissano recounts how Fidel Castro bolstered healthcare and education in his country. The Cuban leader sent doctors and teachers to Mozambique, shortly after the country became independent, as well as building schools in Cuba for Mozambican children.
