Earlier this year Steve Hewlett, presenter of Radio 4's The Media Show, was diagnosed with cancer of the oesophagus.

He tells presenter Eddie Mair that an event in his honour at the 蜜芽传媒 Radio Theatre felt like being at his own wake.
