A sports psychologist has told ѿý 5 live his top tips for teams to avoid a footballing collapse.
It comes after Liverpool and non-league side Curzon Ashton both threw away a comfortable led to lose 4-3.
Dan Carter who works with young footballers told ѿý 5 live's Adrian Chiles about mindful techniques to replicate the competitive match scenario.
"Introducing things like forfeits - to do things like speak to the media after a training session. Anything that pulls on the emotional strings."
