Should I bring my chickens inside to protect against Avian flu?
All bird keepers in England and Scotland have received orders from the Government’s chief vet to move all poultry indoors for the next thirty days. This action is to protect against a strain of Avian flu that has been found in dead birds in Europe.
Where that isn’t practical owners have been told they should find a way to keep their poultry away from wild birds. Jeremy spoke to listener Pepsi Gal to find what she’s doing to protect her chickens.
