Jenas: I thought we'd found Zidane when Taarabt showed up
Jermaine Jenas says he thought Tottenham had "found Zidane" when Adel Taraabt first showed up.
Former England international Jenas, who played with Taarabt twice during his career for Tottenham and QPR, says the Moroccan was talented but didn't live up to expectations.
"I played with Berbatov and I let him get away with murder because he'd win you the game, but there was times at QPR I'd say to Taarabt: 'I'm not doing your running, mate'," he told Darren Fletcher on 5 live Sport.
"When he came to Spurs I thought we'd found Zidane, but all of a sudden something was just not right. He'd do things at silly times where he'd cost us."
