Mourinho would be ‘annihilated’ for Pep's tactics - Savage
Robbie Savage believes "supposed" genius Pep Guardiola should have come in for greater criticism of his tactics in Manchester City's “diabolical” 4-2 loss at Leicester.
"If a guy came down from Mars and watched that game they would think the Man City manager was clueless!” former Wales midfielder Savage said.
"There was a point when Yaya Toure came on as centre forward where all the players were looking at the bench thinking, 'What on earth? Where is he going to play?'"
Savage says Guardiola's reputation from his time at Bayern Munich and Barcelona means people are less likely to question him.
"If that was Jose Mourinho at Leicester he would have got absolutely annihilated. But it's Pep Guardiola - who's supposed to be a genius."
