Oscar鈥檚 proposed move from Chelsea to the Chinese Super League has been labelled 鈥榓 joke鈥� by 蜜芽传媒 Radio 5 live commentator Alan Green.

The midfielder says he is "90% certain" to move to Shanghai SIPG in January with the fee for the 25-year-old Brazilian around 拢60m.

鈥淚t鈥檚 an absolute joke, Chinese football is a joke,鈥� Green said.

鈥淥scar at 25 has said goodbye to the Chelsea players.

鈥淗e鈥檚 going to take a fortune from China, how is that going to further his career?

鈥淯tterly ridiculous,鈥� he added.

In response, former England defender Danny Mills defended players moving to China.

鈥淚f someone is going to offer you triple your pay, you鈥檇 be gone tomorrow.

鈥淲e all work in life in to retire.

鈥淵ou have to admire the likes of Hulk and Oscar who have maybe come from very poor families, and they鈥檙e thinking we can make as much money as possible in a very short space of time and secure our families future for life.

鈥淏ecause of the extreme amounts of money, people will always have their heads turned,鈥� Mills continued.
