A Berlin-style attack could happen in the UK, says a former lead on national security.

Chris Phillips used to be head of the National Counter Terrorism Security Office and was responsible for training police forces across the country.

He told Radio 4's PM programme that while there is no "100% security", UK police forces have been preparing for a Berlin-style attack for over a decade, and have put in place a number of security measures.
