Painting may reveal early signs of dementia
An analysis of more than two thousand paintings may shed light on the development of brain diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. A mathematical analysis of brush strokes shows that a change occurred in those who developed neurological diseases, years before any symptoms became obvious.
